On this Global Day of Prayer for the Buddhist world, let us ask the Lord to reveal the knowledge of His Glory to the nearly 500 million Buddhists worldwide today. Habakkuk 2:14 gives us a powerful picture of God’s Glory covering the earth as the waters cover the sea.
As we pray, let us believe for an overwhelming movement of God’s presence and truth among Buddhist peoples worldwide.
I want to encourage us to use the Lord’s prayer as a framework allowing Jesus’ own words to direct and shape our intercessions.
May God bless and unite us all as we pray from wherever we are - at home, work, school, Church, Prayer Rooms - or joining together online from around the globe!

We’ve witnessed the Holy Spirit awakening a quiet movement of hope: 115,000 disciple makers choosing each month to see people through the eyes of Christ, show His kindness, and speak His hope. Ask that this Spirit-led compassion continues to grow, so that hearts may be touched, burdens lifted, and wholeness restored.

Give thanks for the extraordinary openness we have seen across Buddhist peoples worldwide and pray for these doors to remain wide open for the Gospel.
In the past year, disciple makers have been able to see, show, and speak the hope of Christ to more than 39 million people in Buddhist regions. Over 1.2 million responded with interest, 647,000 received a Bible, and 152 Jesus Fellowships have begun.
Pray that these seeds of hope take deep root, that new believers grow in joy and wholeness, and that every expression of Christ’s love becomes a blessing that honors local communities and reflects the gentleness of Jesus.
