Across India, countless Hindus quietly carry the heavy burden of shame, fear, and anxiety. Many live under the weight of cultural expectations, family honor, and religious obligations, afraid to uestion, speak out, or seek help. Shame grips hearts when failures come, fear clouds minds when superstitions control decisions, and anxiety grows in silence. In the midst of these silent struggles, God’s heart beats for them. He sees every hidden tear and hears every unspoken cry.
And as hearts silently ache, God’s love continues to pursue — in alleyways, train stations, and crowded city streets. His eyes are on the vulnerable, the overlooked, and the societal groups too easily forgotten…
Pray that those burdened by fear and shame will find rest in Him. May God send his laborers who will carry this hope to those aching in the shadows, reminding them they are known, valued, and deeply loved by the One who calls them by name.
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.” Isaiah 43:1
Intercede for Hindus trapped by fear of curses, spirits, family rejection, or future uncertainty. Pray that they would experience freedom from chains of fear and find courage and calm
in Christ.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you… Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27
Pray that those facing shame — from personal failures, family expectations, or religious guilt — would encounter the love of God that restores dignity and self-worth.
“Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion… you will rejoice in your inheritance.” Isaiah 61:7
