나는 거리를 걷는다 콜카타 each day—a city that never stands still. The clang of trams, the honking of rickshaws, and the shouts of vendors fill the air, mingled with the scent of chai, spices, and rain-soaked dust. The city’s old colonial buildings stand beside bright temples and crowded slums, each telling a story—of beauty, pain, resilience, and hope. Kolkata feels like a living heartbeat—tired, yet determined; wounded, yet alive.
As I weave through the crowds, I sense a deep spiritual hunger beneath the bustle—a longing for peace and belonging. I hear it in the songs of street performers, in the prayers whispered by the Hooghly River, and in the silence of those who’ve given up hope. It’s as if the whole city is waiting—for something real, someone true.
그만큼 어린이들 weigh most heavily on my heart—those who sleep beneath flyovers, dig through garbage for scraps, and wander the train platforms alone. Their eyes tell stories of pain, yet I see in them the glimmer of possibility. I believe God sees them too. He is moving here, stirring compassion, calling His people to walk these streets with His love and courage.
I am here as a follower of Jesus, to walk where He would walk, to see as He sees, to love as He loves. My prayer is simple: that Kolkata will be transformed not by power, but by presence—by the love of Christ breathing new life into homes, healing divisions, and turning this restless city into a place of peace and praise.

기도해주세요 revival among students, artists, and laborers—that they would find their identity in Christ. (Acts 2:17–18)
기도해주세요 the Church in Kolkata to rise in unity and compassion, bringing light to both slums and high-rises. (Isaiah 58:10)
기도해주세요 God’s Spirit to transform Kolkata into a city known not for its poverty or pain, but for His presence and power. (하박국 2:14)
