I walk the crowded streets of Beijing, a city that has stood as China’s beating heart for centuries. Here, ancient temples rise alongside glittering skyscrapers, and history whispers through every alleyway. My city is massive—millions of voices moving together—yet beneath the noise, there is a spiritual hunger few dare to name.

China has carried 4,000 years of history, and though many see us as one people, I know the truth: we are a nation of many tribes and tongues, each longing for something greater than politics or prosperity. In recent decades, I have watched with awe as the Spirit of God moved across our land—millions of my brothers and sisters have given their lives to Jesus. Yet at the same time, we face crushing opposition. Friends disappear into prisons. Uyghur believers suffer in silence. Every act of faith comes with a cost.

Still, hope burns in me. I believe Beijing, with all its power and influence, can be more than a seat of government—it can become a fountain of living water to the nations. Even as our leaders push China outward through “One Belt, One Road,” I pray for a greater road, one washed in the blood of the Lamb, leading the nations to King Jesus.

I know revival has already begun here, but I long for the day when every people, every minority, every family in this great land will cry out, not to the idols of power or tradition, but to the living God who has made Himself known in Jesus Christ.

- Pray for Boldness in Persecution:
Ask Jesus to strengthen believers in Beijing to stand firm, even when facing imprisonment, surveillance, or rejection. May their faith shine as a witness to those who watch their endurance. Proverbs 18:10
- Pray for Unity Across Ethnic Groups:
Lift up the diverse peoples of China—Han, Uyghur, Hui, and countless others—that the Gospel would break through divisions and unite them as one family in Christ. Galatians 3:28
- Pray for Gospel Advance through Influence:
Beijing is China’s cultural and political hub. Pray that decision-makers, business leaders, educators, and artists would encounter Jesus, and that their influence would spread truth across the nation. Matthew 6:10
- Pray for Uyghur and Minority Believers:
Cry out for protection, courage, and hope for Uyghur Muslims and others who are turning to Jesus at great risk. Pray their testimony ignites movements in the darkest places. John 1:5
- Pray for a Great Harvest in China:
Ask the Lord of the Harvest to send out workers from Beijing and across China to the nations, that the wave of revival here would overflow to the ends of the earth. Matthew 9:38
