The early church was amazing! The Bible says the believers shared everything they had and took care of anyone in need. Because of this, many people saw God’s love in action and wanted to follow Jesus too!
Let’s think about it:
Our churches today can also shine God’s light! When we share, help others, pray together, and show love, people notice. You can pray for your church — for your leaders, your friends, and your whole church family — to be bright lights for Jesus.
Let’s Pray Together:
Dear God, thank You for my church. Please help us to love each other and care for those in need. Make us a bright light that points people to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Action Idea:
Write a thank-you note or draw a picture for your church leader or Sunday school teacher to encourage them today.
Memory Verse:
“You are the light of the world… let your light shine before others.” — Matthew 5:14,16
Justin’s Thought
The first Christians shared everything they had, and people saw how much they loved each other. That’s how they shined God’s light. You can shine too, by being kind and sharing with others. Let’s pray for our church to be a bright light in our community.
Grown ups:
Today, adults are praying for revival among Jewish believers — that churches and communities will be renewed with God’s Spirit and shine brightly.
LET’S PRAY
Holy Spirit, bring revival and joy to Jewish churches and believers.
Jesus, make Your people shine with love, unity, and power today.
