PURSUE HUMILITY & LOVE FOR OTHERS

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.” Philippians 2:3–4

Adoration:

Jesus, You are gentle and humble in heart. You left the glory of Heaven to serve, to wash feet, and to give Your life for others. I worship You for Your perfect love and selfless obedience. You are worthy of all honor and praise.

Repentance:

Forgive me, Lord, for the pride that resists humility and the selffocus that blinds me to others. I turn from competition, comparison, and the need to be first. Teach me to walk in the lowliness that reflects Your heart.

Intercession:

Prayer Focus for Israel & the Jewish People: Pray for the salvation of unbelieving Jews and Israelis, that “all Israel” would come to know their Messiah in accordance with Romans 11:26, “and in this way, all Israel will be saved…”a

Cry for the Harvest:

Australia, Oceania, and Southeast Asia spans islands rich in Christian heritage to vast areas still unreached by the Gospel. Rapid urban growth, migration, and digital connection are opening new doors for witness and collaboration. Prayer for this region calls believers to humility and love that bridge cultures and generations, revealing Christ’s heart across land and sea.

Put Feet to Your Prayers:

Ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart. a. Spend a few quiet moments listening. Ask Him to reveal specific situations where pride, defensiveness, or self-protection has kept you from loving freely. Write down what He brings to mind and pray through each one.
Take a low place in service. a. Look for one tangible way to serve someone today without being noticed—wash the dishes, send a note of appreciation, or do a task that others avoid. Quiet, unseen acts train the heart in humility.
Ask God for a way to touch this region. a. Research if people from this region are part of your church or ministry’s efforts. Some may even live or work near you. Send a message, pray with or for those workers, or give a gift toward work in this area.
