Quetta, a frontier city near the Afghanistan border, stands as a vital crossroad for trade, travel, and refuge. Its rugged mountains and strategic location make it a gateway between nations—and a safe haven for thousands of Afghans fleeing conflict and instability. The city hums with resilience, yet beneath its surface lies hardship, loss, and the longing for peace that only Jesus can bring.
Even so, the Church in Pakistan endures—steadfast in faith and radiant with love. In Quetta, the Gospel is quietly taking root among hearts long hardened by conflict and fear. Now is the time for the Bride of Christ to stand in prayer for this region—for courage, for breakthrough, and for the Gospel to flow from this borderland into every unreached tribe of Pakistan and Afghanistan beyond.
Pray for the believers in Quetta—that they would walk in boldness, wisdom, and unity amid opposition and danger. (Acts 4:29–31)
Pray for the Afghan refugees who have fled violence, that they would find both physical refuge and eternal hope in Jesus. (Psalm 46:1)
Pray for the orphans and displaced children, that the Church would rise to care for them and reveal the love of the Father. (James 1:27)
Pray for peace and stability across Pakistan’s border regions, that God would bring an end to cycles of violence and fear. (Isaiah 2:4)
Pray for Gospel advance—that Quetta would become a sending ground for revival, reaching the unreached tribes across Pakistan and Afghanistan. (Matthew 24:14)
