Germany<\/strong>, in the heart of Europe, has long been a birthplace of movements that shaped the world. From the printing press that spread knowledge, to the Reformation that reshaped faith, to the rise and fall of destructive ideologies like Nazism, Germany\u2019s story has always carried global impact. It remains a nation of deep thought, creativity, and influence\u2014a place where ideas become movements, and movements shape nations.<\/p>\n

In the modern era, Germany has become both a refuge and a crossroads. In 2015<\/strong>, the nation opened its doors to over one million refugees<\/strong>, many entering through Munich<\/strong>, the capital of Bavaria and one of Europe\u2019s great cities. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine<\/strong>, hundreds of thousands more have arrived, seeking safety and a new beginning. The mix of cultures, languages, and faiths now woven into Germany\u2019s cities has created both challenges and incredible opportunities for the Gospel.<\/p>\n

As the German people wrestle with questions of identity, immigration, and unity, the Church in Germany<\/strong> has a moment of divine purpose\u2014to welcome the sojourner, to disciple the seeker, and to send laborers into the harvest.
