I live in the land where Islam was born, where the city of Mecca stands as its holiest place. Every day, millions across the world bow in prayer toward this city, and each year, nearly two million pilgrims flood its streets, seeking forgiveness, meaning, and peace. From here, 1,400 years ago, the Prophet Muhammad declared that no other faith should exist on this peninsula — yet today, in quiet places and hidden hearts, the name of Yesu is being whispered again.
Saudi Arabia is changing. Our Crown Prince pushes for modernization, and with that comes cracks of light — small spaces where freedom and curiosity are beginning to grow. Through digital media, travel, and quiet witness, many Saudis are hearing the Gospel for the first time. Some encounter Christ in dreams; others through believers who risk everything to share His love. The Spirit is moving even in the shadow of the Great Mosque.
This is the moment for the Church in Saudi Arabia to rise — not in defiance, but in devotion — proclaiming a greater Kingdom and a truer peace. Where once only one message was allowed, now the Good News is taking root. I believe this land, once sealed to the Gospel, will become a fountain of worship to the Mfalme wa Wafalme.
Ombea the people of Saudi Arabia to encounter Jesus through dreams, Scripture, and divine revelation. ( Yoeli 2:28 )
Ombea courage and wisdom for believers in Saudi Arabia to share their faith with love and boldness. ( Waefeso 6:19-20 )
Ombea the Holy Spirit to move powerfully among pilgrims in Mecca and Medina, revealing the true Savior. ( Yohana 14:6 )
Ombea Saudi leaders to open doors of greater freedom and allow the Gospel to flourish across the nation. ( Mithali 21:1 )
Ombea a revival to sweep through Saudi Arabia — that this birthplace of Islam would become a beacon of worship to Jesus. ( Habakuki 2:14 )
