Indore is a city in west-central India. It is known for the 7-story Rajwada Palace and the Lal Baag Palace, which date back to Indore’s 19th-century Holkar dynasty, and is consistently ranked as the “cleanest city in India.”
Indore is the District Headquarters and home to two major universities. It also has the only stock exchange in Central India. With a population of 3.3 million people, the city is 80% Hindu and 14% Muslim.
St. Ann’s Church, also known as the White Church, was built in 1858 and is the oldest church in Indore. Christians can also worship at the Red Church and the Pentecostal Church.
