In 1963 het dr. Martin Luther King Jr. wyslik ges\u00ea: &quot;Ware vrede is nie bloot die afwesigheid van spanning nie; dit is die teenwoordigheid van geregtigheid.&quot; Versoening is nie passief nie - dit is &#039;n aktiewe en dikwels duur strewe na genesing.
