Matthew 7:24–27

Story Intro...

A wise man built his house on a rock. When the storm came, the house stood strong. A foolish man built on sand, and his house fell with a crash.

Lets think about it:

Life sometimes feels shaky — when we are laughed at or treated badly for following Jesus. But if we build our lives on His Word, we will be strong like the house on the rock. God gives us courage to stand firm, even when life is tough.

Let’s Pray Together

Dear Jesus, help me build my life on You. Give me courage to follow You, even when it’s difficult. Amen.

Action Idea:

Build a tower with blocks or cups. As it stands tall, pray for kids to stand strong in faith.

I get nervous speaking in front of people. Maybe you do too. But courage is not the absence of fear, it’s trusting God while afraid. Ask Jesus for strength, and take one brave step.

Today, adults are praying for persecuted believers in India. They ask God to strengthen their faith, heal their wounds, and give courage to stand for Jesus.

Lord, strengthen children who believe in You when they face trouble.
